hey there,
Mansha here and I am so happy you are here. I love creating movement and flow related educational videos and encouraging people to move freely as often as possible. And to further support that beyond just social media, I am putting together this course so we can learn and move together.
throughout this course, we will learn how to move our spine with ease, explore freedom in movement and together build a daily practice that supports movement longevity and self-expression.
this course is for you if you've ever thought:
'I want to learn how to move intuitively, move for fun and do what feels right..'
'I feel stiff and rigid when I move...but I don't know how to change it...'
'I like the idea of moving fluidly, but I don't know where to start...'
'I have a block in my movement practice and I want some inspiration to break out of the same patterns...'
'I experience discomfort in my back and I would like to find more ease and freedom in my movement...'
